Hey, I’m Chris, and I’ve spent my life pushing limits—both mine and those of the athletes I train. My journey has taken me from the world of elite competition to coaching individuals who want to break past their own barriers and become the hero of their fitness story.

My Training Background

From a young age, I thrived in high-performance sports and endurance challenges. Over the years, I’ve:
✅ Completed 2 Full Ironman (140.6) and 9 Half Ironman (70.3) races, earning All-World Athlete status
✅ Became the 2019 USA National Champion in Underwater Hockey and served as the USA Elite Team Assistant Coach
✅ Trained in Muay Thai for 4+ years, understanding the balance of power, endurance, and mental resilience
✅ Studied Kinesiology (B.S.) and Sport & Recreation (M.S.), focusing on biomechanics, physiology, and the science of performance
